Do I need to be technical to use this?
No. The setup wizard walks you through every step. If you can use WhatsApp, you can run StableFlow. We also offer a free 30-minute onboarding call if you want a human on the line.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You own your data, always. If you cancel we keep it safe for 30 days so you can change your mind, then we export it for you in CSV and PDF and delete our copy. No hostage situations.
Can I import my existing student and horse lists?
Yes. CSV import works for almost everything. For more complex moves from other equestrian or general business platforms our onboarding team will do it for you during the trial period at no extra charge.
Will it work if my arena Wi-Fi is patchy?
Yes. The mobile app caches your day in the morning, lets instructors mark attendance and log notes offline, and syncs back when there's signal. You can run a full day of lessons with no bars.
Do my families have to download an app?
No. The family portal works in any browser. There's an optional branded app (your yard's name and colours) for push notifications if they want it, but everything works without it.
What if my staff don't like change?
Most yards are fully running on StableFlow within their first week. Every account gets a real horse person at StableFlow as a guide for the first 30 days, so the rollout doesn't fall on you alone.
What's not included?
We don't handle horse insurance brokerage, vet billing, or trailer booking. Anything else listed on this page is included in the price you see, with no per-user surcharge.
Can I try it without a credit card?
