It is one of the most rewarding businesses in the world. It is also one of the hardest to run. And the tools available to run it have been, frankly, terrible.

“Why am I paying eight different software companies to do what should be one job?”

That question, asked by a stable owner over a cup of tea, is the reason this company exists.

While I didn't grow up mucking out stalls, I have spent the last few years embedded deep within the daily operations of busy stables. I've worked side-by-side with stable owners, managing their scheduling, administration, and workflows. Watching them battle the gaps between five different software subscriptions just to handle basic day-to-day tasks made one thing blindingly clear: the industry was being completely underserved by generic tech.

With an extensive background in IT, software programming, and finance, I knew exactly how to bridge that gap. I spent years building complex systems for other industries, but I realised my expertise belonged right here, solving a long-overdue problem for people who desperately needed it. I poured that knowledge into StableFlow to create a genuinely cohesive, end-to-end financial and operational tool.

A massive amount of thought, late nights, and hard work went into making sure StableFlow masters your core day-to-day operations out of the gate. We are just getting started, and we are deeply committed to evolving alongside the stables we serve. This isn't just about software; it's about giving you your life back.
